Experiment

I'm thinking about trying an experiment with my next bear. I would like to see what happens when you sew him with the fur on the wrong side. I hope I'm describing that right. I wonder what it would look like. Do you guys think I should try this?

It is totally up to you...each person makes their bears to suit themseves. Of course he won't be so cuddly...

He wouldn't have the soft fur on the outside so he wouldn't be as soft to the touch. You can make teddy bears from just about any fabric. I know there are a couple of people who make their teddys out of old blue jeans. They are cute too. Then there are others who will take a shirt from a person who has passed and make a memorial teddy from it.

Actually, the fur is going to be on the outside. I was just going to sew it with the fur on the outside and not turn him so the seams will show. I wonder what he'll look like.

Oh sorry, I misunderstood you. I saw a Teddy Bear one time made out of a wedding dress. It was so beautiful and a wonderful memory!
