Oops I bought another piece...

I heard many mohair stories form bear artists about this spesific "addiction," can one call it an addiction?:puzzled: You decide.:confused: This is about buying just another beautiful piece of mohair. I have enough mohair to make hundreds of bears but if I see another piece that I like, boy oh boy, I am going to buy it.:rolleye2: An artist once told me she sneaks it into the house and hides it quickly before her husband sees it as she can not bear it when he asks her when is she going to use the mohair as she has filled lots of cupboards in the house with mohair:p

I buy faux furs all the time and now my daughter does the same thing for me. She has to ship it because we live 2000 miles apart, but she just has to buy it when it talks to her. Furs, no matter what kind, I think, talks to you.:) My hubby never says a thing, if fact there are times when he will buy fur because he thinks it would make a great bear. He will buy even when I think it is too much money. I guess it is 50 years together and thinking alike makes for a great bear making family.

I think one can never have too many pieces of mohair. My mohair is my inspiration, when I look at mohair I can see the next bear;)
