Two days ago another poor teddy searching for a warm place,arrived.
He's a Steiff Cosy Teddy from the 60s and typical for this period his filling already collapsed.Someone replaced his eyes a little bit strange.I think it takes some work and a lot of love to heal him. :Winking:
His IDs are lost but that wasn't important for me.My other Cosy Teddy,Paulchen,needed a friend and so I rescued him. :ashamed:

he's very cute and i'm glad he's come "home" to you... where he'll feel very welcome once he meets all his brothers and sisters .."happy6:

we love seeing "before & after" pics, so be sure to show us the results after his "rehab" :p

I only have this "before-pic" because all the other bears hid my camera to avoid showing him in this state.
Yesterday I had enough time (and patience :D ) to cure him.His mouth is a little bit crooked but I think that makes him special.
Here's the result of his "Rehab":
The other two guys are Felix in the middle and Paulchen on the right.

good work! :happy3: his crooked little mouth will be his trademark - to recognise him between many of his "twin brothers"!

does he have a name yet?? i think he looks like an "Elias" ... in case you're looking for a suitable name. :rolleye2:

I love my Cosy Teddys so much!
The next on my wishlist is a white one. :D

@Tush: He has a name,yes.My husband thought he looks like a Billy and this is his name now.

Yes, his mouth is great, never mind that it is a bit crooked!! He wouldn't be Billy if he was perfect and nowhere near as interesting :dance2:
Love his brothers too....I, for one, will be watching this space for a white version!! Lovely "cosy" little family you have there!! Ana x
