Blue and Red Bear-Childhood Favorite

I have had this bear all my life, almost 20 years! He is certainly well-loved.

There are very few pictures of him from his early years, none with a tag that is readable. Possibly a Fiesta bear? Any help appreciated. :paw

He also came with a matching blue and red collar and hat (not shown), hence his name becoming "Clownie."

Does he have a plastic nose?

Yes, some type of hard plastic/hard material nose. And plastic/glassy eyes that are a brown color.
