Help! Need to find faux fur urgently..

Hi All,:dance2:

All the best for 2010. I am desperately looking for a low pile faux fur in both black and white, as well as a pale blue (50cm of each).

I also need the plastic washers/discs used for the movable limbs. I can only find the metal ones and now my bears are seriously heavy!

Does anyone have a panda bear pattern for a medium (+/- 30 -35cm) bear have made one ad lib and he looks rather odd!.( Will put him on the site - but please don't laugh)

I live on the East Rand in Gauteng and cannot find any of the things I need - if anyone can help or supplies teddy making materials please let me know and I will pay costs to receive the items.

Hope to hear soon - have a few orders which I need to complete.

Have you see their kohair range? It comes in beautiful pastel colours - you can easily dye the white black. http://www.teddytech.biz/supplies.html

You can also try http://www.loubear.com/ they are in Cape Town and their service is also good.

We will not laugh at your bears - I myself have made some very "special" bears but I love them all. :very happy::very happy::very happy:

I am glad that Elize can help you. I live in the USA and I use faux fur and plastic discs because I make child safe bears but my suppliers only ship in the USA.

We would never laugh at anyones bears. We all have done bears that were just a little off but that is what gives them character. Love to see what you are doing.

I must apolgise for not getting back to you - I'm still trying to find my feet around the site! Since my last post I have attempted 'ANOTHER PANDA???'
