Steiff in Cape Town

Hi, we are going to Cape Town on holiday in December - can anyone recommend anywhere we might find some steiff to buy as I fear we may suffer withdrawal symptoms from our collecting:). If you think I'm joking please see our collection at jksteiffsafari.com. Please help!!

Cape Town is really a beautiful place and there are lots to see and do.

Anything 'Steiff' is very scarce in South Africa but you are welcome to visit my collectible teddy bear, doll and critter shop and you might be lucky to find a Steiff item or two."happy6:

Many Thanks for your response. We have been to Cape Town many times and I love it there! My husband is South African so we stay with family when we visit. We have only been collecting for a year so this will be the first time looking for Steiff when we get there! I would love to visit your shop - if you can let me know where it is we will introduce ourselves when we visit :)

Kat, I am also busy organizing a teddy bears, antique toys, crafts and critters fair for the 16 Dec 2011. It will start 09:00 - 16:00. :3bears: :bunny :panda:

The only Steiff animal I have is a doggy. I do have some Steiff Bears. I know someone who might have Steiff animals and will contact her to see if she has any. Will let you know if I can find more Steiff animals for you.
