Can anyone tell me where can I buy "tender touch filling" or "rubber pellets"? I contacted a local bear making supplier and their reaction was "what is that":confused2::confused2::confused2:
If I can not find the pellets in SA then I'll have to try on the internet.

Hello Elize
What exactly is that???? Are they any different to the normal little round plastic pellets you put in the bears feet and tum. If they are, I can help you. If not please explain in more detail what they are, or do you have a picture of them.
Regards
Carol

I have never used it in my bears. It is a soft rubber pellet or some industries call it rubber granules.(It is used to fill up artificial grass areas - like play parks for children when they fall it is not as hard as real grass) It has a soft rubber feel to it and it is different to the plastic pellets that we know. The granules are the colourful ones and you can see and the pellets are round. I can imagine if you put some in a bear he will be soft and cuddly.

Almost there are 2 main qualities........
One is very, very soft and smoooooooooth...nearly tranparent and somewhat like silicon.........the other is milk-white, like mini pearls but when you put it in your teddies tummy it feels like rice - will say that you can feel little "pebbles"(also il the grains stuck a bit together:ashamed:).......meanwhile the softer one, you don't feel the granules at all........
it makes your bear heavier and so cuddle to touch.
